  28. A W2 in my init string tells me what my connection speed is and MacTCP
  29. Monitor tells me how fast I am running at any given time. The speed of my
  30. transfers is something over which I have little or no control ie slow
  31. servers, etc. so knowing the answer can be worse than not knowing. If it
  32. is slow, have another beer and read the newspaper :->

  37. The fax software is excellent and because I only have one modem connected
  38. to my computer, the fact that it is proprietary doesn't count against it
  39. ie the software works with the modem so what else do you want.
